Student Registration
If you would like to register your student, please
call Paula Foster (Registrar) at 347-7171 ext 2204. In
order to register, you will need the following:
- A withdrawal form from your previous school
- a transcript or report card
- birth certificate
- immunization records
- If your student is in special education, a copy of your
student's most current IEP must be provided.
Once these forms are obtained, a counseling meeting will be
scheduled.
The following forms can be printed and completed prior to the
counseling meeting. Forms are also available in the
counseling office.

If you do NOT live in the West Valley attendance area, an
interdistrict or intradistrict transfer request must be approved
before registering. Please note that Lake California and residences
in Tehama County ARE NOT in our attendance area. Please see District
Transfers.
